My favorite part of the 8 Weeks to a Healthier You was the emphasis on making healthy choices and avoiding dieting. I have dieted all my life and it never works longterm. Changing my lifestyle and learning to make healthy choices has helped me to maintain my success. I feel so much healthier and not like I am restricted in eating certain things. I learned so much about moderation and learning to have a balance in my life. You will learn how to change your life and become more balanced, not just lose weight. I learned how to meal prep, which helped me save money on food and eat healthier, ultimately losing weight. I learned that exercise is essential in maintaining a balanced life, which has helped me to make working out a priority. I also learned that healthy food and exercise equals energy, which I have much more of after completing the course. Before I joined, I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to follow the modules and be confused by the activities. I have to say that my fear did not come true! The modules were very easy to follow and the course was extremely organized and user friendly! I would recommend this course to EVERYONE! It is truly life changing!

I have followed Jessica and Wendy for a really long time and was so excited to learn about the launching of this course. Being someone who is budget minded, I knew it would be difficult to afford that one-on-one nutrition counseling and accountability that I felt that I would need to be really successful. I have a huge tendency to start things but not finish them, so I don’t do that well going it alone. I have found the content in this course to be both thorough and amazing. I love that it takes me through a step-by-step process because it doesn’t take much to overwhelm me and that it’s also presented in a fun and inviting way. Even though there is an “on the go” audio version, I prefer to watch the videos! In addition, the weekly activities are short and sweet and really do help me to make small steps toward by goal of becoming a healthier eater. Even if you can afford your own personal dietitian, a huge advantage of this course is that I can go back again and again whenever I need to review or get a quick tune up. One last thing, with me being a “questioner” (one of the personality types described in the course) I appreciate the fact that Jessica and Wendy use science and data to back up their approach. Highly recommend.
