"This course allowed me to understand and apply principles of intuitive eating to my approach on food. It helped for me to “unlearn” a lot of our misconceptions about food and really honor my hunger. "Before this course I was being a super careful eater and eating a very restricted diet. Cravings were bad and inevitably I would have days where I would overeat especially on "forbidden" foods like cheese and then beat myself up after, and restrict more to make up for it. Wendy & Jess

Jessica Jones, MS, RDN, CDE and Wendy Lopez, MS, RDN, CDE are Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Certified Diabetes Educators and co-founders of Food Heaven Made Easy, a multi-media platform for delicious and nutritious living. Together they co-host the Food Heaven Podcast, which provides science-based practical nutrition guidance listeners can trust.
